Bill Clinton: Sardonic Mashup

For my second ds106 assignment, I chose an audio one called Sardonic Mashups. The point of the assignment is to take a political speech, public apology, or anything you “want to mock for the public good.” I chose a very popular deliverance by Bill Clinton and matched it with a pretty popular pop song.
